Using resources responsibly is a matter of course for us. We design our processes to ensure the efficient use of raw materials, energy, and space while consistently reducing emissions and waste.
Through targeted investments, we are actively driving the sustainable development of our sites. The electrification of our vehicle fleet, more than 18 charging stations at our headquarters, and our own solar power systems demonstrate our clear commitment to a climate-friendly future. We also pursue ambitious goals for new buildings, including achieving a high degree of energy self-sufficiency through solar power, rainwater treatment, hydrogen production, and battery storage.

For us, sustainability also means taking responsibility for society. For many years, we supported children and young people through the X2E Youth Development Center in Winden, sharing knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm for technology – free of charge and with great personal dedication.
While our initiatives continue to evolve, our commitment remains unchanged: supporting young people and creating opportunities for their future. At the same time, clear values, binding guidelines, and a strong commitment to compliance form the foundation of everything we do – guided by integrity, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
