Concrete Measures for a Measurably Better Environmental Footprint
The responsible use of resources is second nature to us. We design our processes to ensure the efficient use of raw materials, energy, and space, while consistently reducing emissions and waste.
Through targeted investments, we actively drive the sustainable development of our sites: The electrification of our vehicle fleet, more than 18 charging stations at our headquarters, and our own solar installations demonstrate our clear commitment to a climate-friendly future. We pursue ambitious goals in new construction projects as well – including a high degree of energy self-sufficiency through solar power, rainwater harvesting and treatment, hydrogen production, and battery storage systems.

Sustainability also means taking responsibility for society. For many years, we supported children and young people through the X2E Youth Development Center in Winden, providing knowledge, fostering skills, and inspiring enthusiasm for technology—free of charge and with a great deal of personal commitment.
Even as formats continue to evolve, our commitment remains unchanged: supporting young people and creating opportunities for their future. At the same time, clear values, binding guidelines, and a strong culture of compliance form the foundation of everything we do—guided by integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
