On Saturday, May 10, the X2E Group invites visitors to its Open Training Day from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Große Ahlmühle 25 in Rohrbach. The event is aimed at anyone interested in an apprenticeship in a technology-driven environment – particularly students and their parents.
Visitors can look forward to a varied and engaging day with exciting insights into apprenticeship opportunities at an innovative electronics company. In small guided tours through our various departments, including our modern electronics production facility, we demonstrate how theory and practice go hand in hand at X2E. Those who would like to dive even deeper can try out our interactive hands-on stations or immerse themselves in the world of technology in our flight simulator. Additionally, our trainers and HR representatives will be available to provide firsthand information about the content, opportunities, and career prospects of an apprenticeship at X2E.
he X2E Group currently offers five future-oriented apprenticeship programs in the fields of IT, electronics, and office management:
IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/d)
IT Specialist for System Administration (m/f/d)
Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (m/f/d)
Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d)
Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Apprentices not only benefit from a hands-on introduction to the professional world but also have the opportunity to work on real high-tech projects from an early stage – including projects in the field of autonomous driving As a rapidly growing company with around 200 employees, we offer excellent career development opportunities, a high likelihood of permanent employment after training, and performance-based apprenticeship compensation, including a monthly performance bonus of up to €300 and profit-sharing.
The day will be rounded off by an attractive supporting program featuring presentations, hands-on technology demonstrations, and complimentary food and drinks from a food truck. No registration is required – anyone with a passion for technology and an interest in a future-oriented apprenticeship is warmly welcome.
