X2E is one of the top german small and mid-sized employers of 2020. This results from an analysis of Focus-Business and kununu, which was based on around four million online reviews. Among 900,000 companies, X2E was named one of the best-in-class SMEs in the automotive and component industry. Therefore the company receives the “Top Arbeitgeber Mittelstand 2020” award.

Thus, X2E joins in a list of winners, which convinces with team spirit and innovation. The award-winning medium-sized companies have in common, that they use intelligent ideas to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and to enthuse employees.
