X2E apprentice honored as “best of the year” by IHK
He is one of the best apprentices in the Palatinate: Timo Berberich has completed his education at X2E as the best in his profession and was awarded for this by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Palatinate.
Honoring in the course of the IHK event “Our Best 2019”
The award ceremony took place during a festive event on October 15, 2019 at Pfalzbau in Ludwigshafen. Overall, the best trainees from 123 different professions were honored for their outstanding performance in the final exam, including Timo Berberich, who trained as an electronics technician for devices and systems at X2E. At the same time, X2E GmbH was also honored for its services as a training company.
Owner Dr. Karlheinz Weiss is visibly proud of his apprentice’s achievements: “I heartily congratulate Timo Berberich on this outstanding result. Particularly because of our commitment to promoting young talent, I am very pleased to see the results of a good apprenticeship.
Special educational commitment
Education is important to X2E. In the coming year, the X2E trainees will have access to a new training workshop. Up to 10 apprentices will be trained in the new premises in four electronic and computer science professions. In addition to team excursions, the training workshop will be rounded off for the first time by educational trips to cities such as Munich or Berlin.
Since 2013, the company has also operated an in-house youth development center. Five days a week, the center provides free care and support for children in grades 1 – 4 and, starting next year, also 5 – 7 and 8 – 10.
