Product Description
The External Level Shifter converts low voltage (3.3 V) TTL signals to RS-232 UART signals and vice versa. Its primary purpose is to convert serial signals between a vehicle’s head unit on one side and a PC or data logger on the other. It can also be used for other devices in an industrial environment where conversion of serial signals is required. A common input/output jack on the front of the External Level Shifter connects both sides of the conversion.
