1000Base-T1 RelayTap
The XORAYA 1000BASE-T1 RelayTap connects up to four control units to a XORAYA data logger and can be used to bridge the start-up time.
Product Description
The XORAYA 1000BASE-T1 RelayTap connects up to four control devices with a XORAYA data logger. It can be used to bridge the startup time of the logger while maintaining a closed 1000BASE-T1 connection between the control units. When the data logger is ready for recording, the mode can be switched and the data will be forwarded to the logger.
Either by pressing the button or by sending a trigger signal, the device switches between two modes: The internal loopback mode, which connects two control units at a time, and the external mode, which allows communication between all control units and the data logger.
Another possible application could be troubleshooting 1000BASE-T1 connections in a measurement setup. If a controller is not receiving data, the logger can be quickly found to be the source of the error by switching modes.
