X2E trainees honored for excellence

They belong to the best of their grade. Timo Berberich and Jonas Volz have completed their IHK training as an electronics technician for devices and systems at the X2E GmbH with great success.

As part of a festive ceremony, CEO Dr. Karlheinz E. Weiss appreciated the achievements of the trainees. As a bonus, he also handed over a check of 500 and 400 euros.

“As a manufacturing company, we urgently need qualified specialists. The training of our own junior staff plays an increasingly important role. ”

This is not only reflected in vocational training. For the purpose of promoting young talent, the company launched the X2E Youth Development Center Winden in early 2013. Five days a week, up to 20 children and adolescents are offered homework assistance, weekly remedial education and leisure time support.

“The results of our trainees shows us that our commitment has paid off. Our graduates and trainers can be very proud of their great results.”

We congratulate our trainees and are pleased to employ both of them. Special thanks also go to the other employees who have been on hand with help and advice for the trainees.
