Return of old appliances

Take-back and disposal of old appliances in accordance with ElektroG

X2E GmbH enables its commercial customers in Germany to return and dispose of old appliances in an environmentally friendly manner at the end of their useful life.
This take-back offer applies to appliances that were placed on the market in Germany and are therefore subject to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG).
Customers outside Germany are subject to the respective national disposal regulations. In these cases, take-back by X2E GmbH is possible by individual agreement.

Return conditions

• The return shipment is at the customer’s expense.
• If more than 10 devices are returned, prior agreement by e-mail is required.
• Old appliances must be clearly marked with “Entsorgung” or “Disposal”.
• Appliances placed on the market before August 15, 2018 will be disposed of at the customer’s expense in accordance with Section 19 (3) ElektroG.

Notes on data protection

Please delete all personal or company-related data before returning the devices. X2E GmbH accepts no liability for data remaining on old devices.

Environmentally friendly disposal

We work together with a certified waste disposal company for disposal. Old appliances and components are treated in an environmentally friendly manner in order to recover valuable raw materials and dispose of harmful substances properly.
The following symbol means that electrical appliances must not be disposed of with household waste: (crossed-out waste garbage can)
